Our butterflied lamb legs are marinated with fresh rosemary, parsley, garlic and lemon.

Cook your butterflied leg on the BBQ, like a steak for about five minutes each side under a direct heat or bake in the oven on 180c for 25 mins.


Our lamb is pasture raised and comes from South-Eastern Australia.
